About this site
An independent record of casino development on Boracay Island, Aklan, Philippines.
BoracayCasinos.com tracks casino development on Boracay: which projects exist, where they stand, and what has been officially confirmed. It started when visitors kept asking the same question, whether there is a casino on the island, and the answers online were out of date or contradictory.
What this site is
A news and information site. It reports on the casino at Station 0, the other proposed projects, the history of the island's casino ban, and what visitors need to know before they go.
What this site is not
It is not a casino, an online gambling site or a booking service for gaming. It does not take bets, run games or link to online gambling. It is not affiliated with KABAN Hotel and Casino, Golden TW Realty and Development Corp., PAGCOR or any other operator, developer or regulator.
How facts are checked
A claim is only marked as verified when a primary source supports it: a regulator notice, a company filing or statement, or reporting by an established news outlet. Every entry shows when it was last checked, and sources are linked on the Updates page and at the end of each blog post. Anything that cannot be confirmed is labelled as unconfirmed.
Who runs it
BoracayCasinos.com is an independent personal project run from Boracay. It is not part of any company that operates or promotes casinos.
Advertising
The site may show advertising and include links to hotels or tours that earn a commission. These never change what is reported. Paid or sponsored content, if any is published, will always be clearly labelled.
