Station 0 explained: Boracay's new northern hub
Most visitors know Boracay by the three stations along White Beach. Since May 2026, the island's northern end has a name of its own: Station 0, in Barangay Yapak.
A landmark first
The Station 0 landmark was unveiled on 22 May 2026 with the local government of Malay, Aklan. Mayor Frolibar Bautista described it as "Boracay's newest landmark" and said it would help tourists recognise the area.
The unveiling was organised with Golden TW Realty and Development Corp., which is building a 23-hectare master-planned development there. Its COO, Kimberly Wong, presented Station 0 as a companion to the well-known Stations 1, 2 and 3.
What is there now
KABAN Hotel and Casino Boracay, the island's first hotel-casino, soft-opened at Station 0 on 16 September 2026. Casino.org places it overlooking Punta Bunga Beach, near the Mövenpick and Crimson resorts, and the area is also home to Shangri-La.
What is coming
Golden TW is building Boracay Central, a lifestyle mall scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2026. The developer describes Station 0 as an inland leisure and entertainment hub meant to complement the beach rather than replace it.
Getting there
Station 0 is a short land transfer from the central White Beach stations.
